These subtle candies are made with chrysanthemum, a great herb to cool you down in the hot summer. Chrysanthemum also helps with calming and soothing anxieties.


As a child, chrysanthemum tea was something I drank every summer to help cool off (I run hot!). I love the softly floral scent and flavor it creates. To make these, I boil the chrysanthemum flowers between 45-60 min to make a concentrated form of the tea. I then use that tea as a base for the candies.


Each 2 oz pack contains approx 15-18 candies.



Cane sugar, corn syrup, water, chrysanthemum, corn starch (for covering)
