Shirley (she/her) is the creator, Reiki practitioner, and producer behind Yishi Healing. Her goal with Yishi is to provide services and goods that heal, nourish, and ground, all while teaching people about eastern modalities and plant medicine.

 

Shirley is a first generation Chinese-American and grew up loving to create things and being in nature. After many years in the tech industry and feeling increasingly burned out in her day to day, she took a trip to the Amazon jungle. This became the starting point of her healing process and eventually led her to experience and practice many types of healing and cleansing modalities, including yoga, Reiki, meditation, Akashic records, dream analysis, Shamanic healing, Feldenkrais, therapy, and life coaching. ​

Shirley's Reiki practice is in the Usui system, taught by Reiki Master Wendy Lipson. She received life coach training through iPEC and is an Energy Leadership Master Practitioner.
