As this year begins, take some time for yourself to reflect on what lessons you'd like to take with you into 2023. Join us through a facilitated workshop to create a vision for yourself in the new year.
During the workshop, you will:
- Journal with facilitated prompts to guide you in creating a 2023 vision
- Let go of what no longer serves you
- Integrate the lesson through a sound bath
- Receive group reiki to help you reach your highest good
