Autumn Sound Bath x Acupuncture

With the cooling weather, autumn allows us time to let go of things and situations that don't serve us anymore. In this two hour sound bath and acupuncture workshop, we'll draw from the energy of the changing seasons to spearhead positive change within you.

During the workshop, you will:

• Engage in gentle stretching to release muscle tension
• Receive acupuncture to enable energy flow through your body
• Relax in the soothing sounds of healing instruments

At the end, enjoy a freshly brewed ginger and asian pear tea made by our acupuncturist!
